Mô tả công việc
- Review contracts and apply contract templates.
- Provide legal advices.
- Represent the company in dispute resolutions.
- Cooperate with other departments to recover the company’s loss.
- Maintain and update licenses.
- Advise and work with the authorities in inspections.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Recognized law degree in Vietnamese law, from a reputable law school.
- At least 2 years of legal experience, especially in litigation and collect debts
- Strong experience of working with authorities
- Integrity, teamwork spirit, being responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Vietnamese Bar admission is optional but will be an advantage.
- Logistics related working experience, Chinese language is a plus.
